Are all products sold on Grove Collaborative truly sustainable?
Yes, every product we carry must meet the Grove Standard, which requires ingredients to be non-toxic, effective, sustainable, and cruelty-free. We prioritize plastic-free packaging and carbon-neutral shipping.
What is your return policy for home and cleaning goods?
We want you to love your home essentials. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, even if the item has been opened.
How do you ensure carbon-neutral shipping?
For every shipment sent, we purchase verified carbon offsets to neutralize the environmental impact of the delivery process. We are committed to being 100% plastic-free by 2025.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes, though some larger home cleaning kits may require a physical street address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view real-time status updates in the 'Orders' section of your Grove account.
